postcards for parents

Greetings-

I still feel emotionally numb.  And my usually fertile mind can only 
think of one thing to say:

Do not wait to love.  Do not withold your love, approval or attention 
from your children or anyone else hoping that they will change in order 
to earn it.  Give first, last and always.  Do not keep score.

We truly do not know how long we have together.
