AND, my grandfather worked at Walgreen's for almost 50 years. started as a stock boy, and worked his way up to Vice President or something. A picture of him and some young women drinking a soda was featured on the cover of their 100 year anniversary employee publication. That picture was blown up and displayed in many store windows. Apparently, Walgreen's must be our personal family communication portal, because my brother wrote in to tell me about two messages from the other side that he received from our grandpa in Walgreen's stores! trippy, huh?
