day of birth

turning 40 today. I could be imagining this, but it feels like the completion of many cycles and the beginning of even more. good stuff. to celebrate I created an energetic attunement for myself that I would love to share with you. it's about clean endings, letting go of what does not nourish the heart and soul, and eagerly facing the future with both feet firmly anchored in the present.

to receive the attunement, just gaze gently at the graphic below (it's called the spiral of potential energy) and take a few deep breaths, with the intention of inhaling freedom, enthusiasm, and vitality, while exhaling any ideas, beliefs, or concepts you are carrying that inhibit you from expressing your true self. you don't need to know what those pesky inhibitors are - just breathe.
